The Havana Syndrome: Nobody Knows the Cause!

Free episodes:

Maybe nobody in the street knows the cause, but
we do know that a very simple way to transmit
voice or other sounds so the sounds register in
the skull of a targeted person was demonstrated
in 1973 by Dr. Joseph Sharp.

Sharp followed up on Dr. Allan Frey's earlier
research demonstrating that medium power
radar microwave pulses can generate clicks in
the hearing sense in someone standing in the
radar's beam. This originally manifested during
World War II.

Sharp took a microwave pulse transmitter and
wired it to send one pulse for each audio wave-
form peak, matching the pulse train to the
audio. It worked in 1973, and was written up
in more detail in a 1975 article in the journal
"American Psychologist," title "Microwaves and
Behavior" by Dr. Don Justesen.

So while we may not exactly "know how" the
actual acoustic symptoms were generated, we
do know "how" such symptoms COULD be
generated.

Someone with upper middle class income and a
radar technician helper could easily configure a
radar transmitter to do this, and they might have
a lot of fun with a next-door neighbour that way.

Also, a technology called "Silent Sound," U.S.
patent 5,159,703, could be coupled to a Sharp-
type transmitter and deliver subliminal voice
tracks to a targeted person. That opens up the
possibility of delivering pretty well undetectable
hypnosis.

Lots of possibilities with even just simple and by
now, relatively ancient technology.

No way to detect any of this?
If it's the modified radar, one would have
to be right there at the time and place. That's
kind of difficult to do, especially when the
assaults happen in different places and at
different times.

Making detection more difficult is that it is
very likely the perpetrators have the target
under observation, and can simply shut down
when the perps become aware detection
efforts are happening.

(Targets reporting the same experiences as
Havana Syndrome also report being shadowed
and having their homes/apartments entered
when away, so it could well be that trying to
keep the perps from knowing detection
attempts are in progress is difficult.)

If someone trying to detect such signals can
actually get a piece of equipment into such a
beam, detection would be relatively easy,
especially for audible transmissions. An AM
radio on empty spectrum space would probably
be able to detect audible pulsed microwave
signals. Even a stereo system may be able.

"Silent Sound" transmissions would be more
difficult since what is heard from those signals
is a high pitched whine, which can be very faint.
Such transmissions don't sound like voice, they
just sound like some kind of random electronic
tone. But even there, effective detection equip-
ment is not particularly sophisticated if someone
were really serious about detection.

Of course, the word "serious" above points up
the possibility that for some reason, those
named to "investigate" may not be serious at
all, and the "We don't know what's causing
this" conclusion may actually have been decided
before the "investigation" was started.

And finally, we really don't know if pulsed
microwave is responsible.

More recently, the technique was demonstrated
using a pulsed laser. That one can't get through
walls, though.

It's quite possible there are yet other methods.

Long and short, then, it would seem it's possible to create this sort of havoc on people and never get caught. I suppose, when you read the various stories on the inability to trace a cause to foreign schemes and such, it shows they are probably right.

?

The U.S. government has a substantial track
record of messing with their citizens.

MKULTRA being one of their most widely known
pieces of work.

With respect to Havana Syndrome specifically,
Dr. Joseph Sharp's technology is popularly
called "voice to skull," abbreviated by the U.S.
Army as "V2K."

Dr. Sharp was working on a military project,
under the auspices of the Walter Reed Army
Institute of Research (WRAIR.)

Clearly, there is a good chance the U.S. gov
has been a player in this. I wouldn't assume
the origin is foreign.

The CIA’s policy seems to deny or minimize the fact that such Directed-energy weapons (DEWs) —using electromagnetic pulses— exist or that they are being used by US adversaries such as Russia and Cuba. Also their policy is intended to obscure the fact that the US has such DEWs itself and that, in the past, they have sometimes been tested on unsuspecting US citizens. Some reasons for this CIA policy of denial are:-
1) If the US adversaries that have used DEWs against US citizens believe the CIA’s denial they may begin to think their DEWs are not effective.
2) If the CIA admitted these attacks were being carried out by US adversaries against particular US citizens, it would confirm to the attackers that the people they had targeted were indeed CIA agents.
3)The strong likelihood that, if existence of such DEWs was acknowledged, US victims who’d been zapped would sue the US government for $$$millions irrespective of which side had actually targeted them.

Since the State Department is currently preparing to compensate victims of the mysterious brain injuries colloquially known as “Havana Syndrome” with six-figure payments (according to officials), this looks entirely similar to the practice of settling out-of-court while at the same time issuing a statement denying the government is in any way responsible or that these DEW attacks have even occurred.

So ... what else is new?
