Curiously Confused
Great find Ron. I read it through and understood most of it. It's refreshing to see a paper written without the preconception that 'It can't be...' which afflicts science when discussing anything possibly artificial and non-human.
The logical use of probabilities is hard to ignore....

I'd be interested to read responses from other astronomers?

Do you have any knowledge of asteroid 1991VG? Here is a fascinating(albeit somewhat dry and academic) article about it.

If this is right then this asteroid made a mid-course correction. Basically, this paper presents a great argument that 1991VG is artificial. Has anyone ever heard of this?
Thanks for posting this conjuring of the Fermi paradox - for should we not be seeing evidence of ET through probes in space? I suppose our great difficulty is in recognizing them. This article brings together 1991 VG, 2000 SG344 & that 15 ton polar orbiting signal bouncer from 1960 that had everyone hopping. These scientifically recorded events appear to be far more intriguing and even compelling compared to Roswell and all that jazz.

SCIENCE AND SPECULATION: ALIEN ARTIFACTS

I would love to see a show dedicated to the discussion of these actual historical events ad their implications for ET existence. It makes way more sense than alien abduction reports.
