48 tons of silver salvaged from WWII shipwreck

That is a fair bit of silver
48 tons of silver salvaged from WWII shipwreck
As a bit of a ship nut I do find it a bit off that these merchant ships sunk during the battle of the Atlantic do not seem to get the war grave status... but then again when there is that much money at stake things get over looked.
Some happy sailors on that boat :). Too bad silver is still artificially depressed in price right now. With gold still over $1000 an ounce, silver should be at least $120 an ounce. It's those scammers with the big computers trading in fractions of a second that are to blame. The whole investment industry needs to be overhauled and regulated. Can they keep down as long as gold? Or will it finally pop too?
