Abductions - who should my friend contact?

Hi

I have a friend who has resurfaced in my life after 20 years, and she claims she had an alien abduction experience where there was a buzzing sound and a yellow alien / man. We are both based in Newcastle, Australia. Is there a professional in this area I can put her in contact with? She seems to want to explore the issue in more detail, and I'm not qualified to help her
