I haven't seen this video posted on here. No opinion on whether it's real or fake, but it's really creepy and worth a view, nonetheless.

Experts: any tell-tale signs of hoax that I didn't notice?

I've done some research and it appears to be an art project

One primary one: the jerky head movement at the beginning of the clip is indicative of the sort of automated animation curve you find in the work of people new to CGI.
