Alien Encounters - UFO "Thought Experiment" on Science Channel

I was moderately obsessed with the first season but season two started tonight and I was curious as to whether or not someone else has seen this show and, what some thoughts were on it?

The program addresses some theoretical idea about first-alien-contact discussed on The Paracast, such as hive-mind psychology (aliens), and societal break down on discovery (humans). I do find it a bit refreshing that the topic is being addressed by some of the more prominent scientific personalities through the show. It tempers the laugh-factor we experience so much in this field, I think.
