Yep, I almost posted this earlier, but decided to let someone else here do so. it IS an incredible pic, huh?

The universe is amazing. Almost makes me want to believe in something... almost. Then I remember that if I could see this rendered in 3D and spin it around it would look nothing like a hand and that, in reality, it's no more remarkable than a face in the clouds... just prettier cuz it's more colourful. So pretty...

Without the blue and red, I took a dump the other day, looks similar to the photo. Swear. I'm not picking on David's post btw. Besides women, my next fav pics are of the cosmos.

There's one I really like. Yal might have seen it. I'll go try and find it...

Most the dots you see are galaxies, not just stars. This photo was taken from a region of the sky the size of a dime held at arms length. Or maybe a penny.
 
I almost posted this as well. An awesome image. And it is even reminiscent of the Paracast hand-logo don't you think??
 
Kind of reminds me of the eye nebulae.... always loved how it looks

It also looks like that blurry fake UFO photo that was posted in another thread a few days ago -- the black-and-white one where you can clearly see the wrist and hand of the person holding the model. :redface:
