Well spotted I was not going to say a thing and see if some one noticed.
However the graph is in fact right in not showing it to a point as the tests were done I believe in secret on behalf of Israel by the French.

Was not Vanunu not extradited from the USA back to Israel on espionage charges? And was then jailed? He did go against his security oath but on the world stage by that time it was an open secret about Israel's nuclear capability. He was made an example of and I believe it was solely an ideological reason for his spilling of the beans.
I am not sure where I stand on such beliefs when someone goes into something secret with their eyes open. I took a security oath as part of my extensive Developed Vetting used in the UK and based on national pride alone and pride in myself that I am keeping my end of a bargain that allowed me into a world I'd otherwise never have known. Conscientious abstainers usually know they are long before entering a world with secrets.
Israel is not on the Security Council, whose membership are all nuclear-capable and I believe that is due to Israel still not officially admitting to possessing nuclear weapons. Don't see North Korea joining any time soon either!

My wife and i watched this with dread, it really shows off the insanity.

At least some countrys had the decency if thats the right word, to test these on their own soil, but others like france and england........

I was surprised at how many tests there were, the video illustrates the magnitude of the scenario well.
