I tried posting this over at the Tech Night Owl, but my login isn't working, so hopefully it's ok to post here. I think it doesn't work due to my name change. Before both the Paracast and Tech forums, I had the same info. etc.

I've been trying to figure out a way to set up multiple profiles for browsing with my browsers, mainly Firefox. Or a way to have more than one group of bookmarks. Like one for business and one for entertainment. I have too many and it's like finding a needle in a hay stack sometimes trying to find sites.

Any of you know how to create a new profile, or more than one sets of bookmarks off Firefox or IE? I think I did this years ago, but not having success figuring it out again. Thanks.

Im sure you can. But I cant think of how to right now.

An easy option would be just to add categories to your bookmarks. Just go to manage bookmarks and add folders and name them entertainment/porn/midget porn/elf porn/gigantism/elephantitus/herpes products that work/herpes products that dont work/ etc

Stuff like that.

Yeh, that's what I remembered with Mozilla years ago. There's no manage bookmarks on this version of Firefox, only organize and can't find a way to make a new folder. I'm using the latest version I think.

Or I could just use Sea Monkey. Any of you have opinions on that browser? Good, bad, buggy, secure?

IE just had a worm connected with it I read. My father got hit. He's going to dl firefox finally now lol.

Aaron Ive got the latest firefox. Just hover the cursor over you bookmarks and right click to bring up an option to create new folder.

In Firefox 3 do this
1. - Click on Bookmarks in the file menu
2. - Click Organize bookmarks
3. - A library application will start. Highlight the Bookmarks menu
4. - If you right click bookmarks menu you will have the option to create a new folder.
