I just want to apologise about being away from the forum for a couple of weeks. I have had weird heachaches and had an MRI and MRA scan, yesterday. Today, I had pathology tests. This is my first major health check since 2009. Visions is down in my left eye. I hope to post more when I'm not so tired.

Hi all, just a quick update on my health. The MRI / MRA brain scans came back clear, the pathology report had some bad news - I have extremely high sugar levels and cholesterol was astronomical high, kidney, liver function perfect, blood pressure perfect. I need to have another pathology test to see if I
A diabetic. In the meantime, I've radically altered my diet and doing daily exercise. The thought of needles / having to take medication was enough to change my behaviour. The headaches most likely caused by diet and stress. I'm not feeling really great and really taking care of myself, slimming down, also

One other thing:

My acquaintance does not want help for her abduction experience. She found it really traumatic and does not seem to want help. She wants to meet me and tell me about it, but the most I can do is be a good listener. I have read a couple of books on abductions, but this does not make me an expert, and it would be completely wrong of me to tell her anything of what I have read - put thoughts into her mind.

I was listening to UFO Podcast's news section and they mentioned a Sydney play has been written on people's abduction experiences. Apparently, these are people who were abducted from the Blue Mountains in Sysney. The playwright spent a number of years living in my city and doing theatre here. I have walked around the Blue Moutains and there's a lot of bush - it's great for sightseeing / bush walking. If people are experiencing alien abductions in that area, it would be a really scary place for it to happen.
