Tiny swimming bio-bots boldly go where no bot has swum before

Sure, implants created and installed by humans are real. There are dozens and dozens of them. What I find interesting about the example above is how it might be mistaken for some kind of freaky little alien implant by uninformed UFO enthusiasts. In fact if that video were spoofed with the title "Alien Implant Captured on Video", I imagine that it could be exploited for more YouTube hits than the real article. I'd almost be willing to bet someone out there has already done it, or in the process of doing it.
