Argentina: UFOs Buzz Atucha Nuclear Power Station

Argentinean ufologists have disclosed the presence of unidentified flying objects over the Atucha Nuclear Power Station in Zárate. New methods shall be developed to obtain further details.

Mysterious phenomena, considered by researchers to reflect the presence of intelligent, major anomalies over the Atucha Nuclear Power Station, have stirred the interest of fans of such events.

A report in Diario Popular reports on the existence of UFOs over Zarate, and the increase in such activity. Cristian Soldano, a field researchers, maintains that the area has become “a place for constant phenomena” in which pulsating UFOs (also known as “flash” UFOs) are known to have a significant presence

Given the claims that UFOs have 'switched off' ICBMs at Malmstrom and caused a shutdown at Indian Point, could it be that they're somehow feeding off the energy? Descriptions of these UFOs don't tend to describe saucers or nuts n bolts craft. They usually describe orange or red lights. Maybe the guys who suspect some UFOs are a lifeform in themselves have a point?

Before any animated dictionary with a bookmark to wikipedia shoots me down...I'm just wondering out loud. Since the 50s, there have been quite a few claimed reports of incidents around nuclear sites. If they're true, it's worth wondering what the attraction is.

ETA: Scott Corales was a good interviewee, maybe it's about time he had another invitation?

So the phenomenon continues a 60 year plus trend. Nuclear sites of all kinds are a magnet for them.

They scrambled the launch codes--not the same as draining energy.

Well I don't know how such a "lifeform" evolved if it has to live off of recently created, artificial energy.

Probably just to keep tabs and occasionally test their means of messing them up.;)

Who's to say? We haven't evolved to live off irradiated produce, coca cola or growth-hormones in livestock, but many have tried...and failed. Deep fat fried chocolate bars in the UK spring to mind. :)

That's a reasonable idea. If the stories are true, these SOBs must have some reason, abstract or absurd as it seems, to be hanging out around the nuclear facilities. It's intriguing and slightly alarming...

Well at least there was ample evidence of us before the junk food.;)

Salas would agree.
