Hmmm, odd. Assuming more mundane explanations can be ruled out, I'd be curious whether any mutilation phenomenon occurred in the vicinity, or whether any residential houses are present (the text appears to indicate no to the latter).

Looks a lot like a helicopter with a searchlight, seen from a distance, although some of the object's motions seem unusual. I've often seen a police helicopter at a distance, appearing to spin, when it's actually swinging from side to side as it descends and lights up an object/location.

I'd probably have a few choice questions for the creator of the video:
(1) Why didn't other cars stop and look--perhaps they knew what it was?

3 Things.
1) Lights in the night sky honestly have no merit anymore. You can't gauge size or distance with anything approaching accuracy. Thus, this could simply be a model airplane shooting landings and then performing aerobatics with landing lights on.
2) I am not a graphics guy. BUT, I think I could come real close to this using Adobe AfterAffects and the TrapCode plugin suite. The bad video compression and overall digitized quality make the job much easier I think.
3) The music covers up the mundane conversation where they reveal what it actually is and where they talk about putting the video on YouTube.

I saw two ufos, my first, several years ago and when I first saw them it looked exacty like a large light , as the arizona ufo appeared, but it was closer and larger. It was as if they sensed me looking at them, and when they were sure I was watching the light started spinning, moving up and down and sideways for perhaps 6 or 7 seconds and then the llight turned into two spacecraft. All I could see of the vehicles was a sideways V shape of lights in the front, with the point of the V being at the tip of the craft I thought. Then, I said to myself these must be some type of new aircraft, because I do live close to Sheppard Air Force base in Wichita Falls, Texas. As that thought went through my mind, the second craft, which was behind the first, broke formation from a slanted position going ne and moved to a horizontal position, and turned it lights on!!! I couldnt believe what I was seeing and it felt as if I was watching a movie or something, even though I had just arrived home from a meeting, and was petting the dogs, through the gate in the backyard. The dogs even saw it and quit barking.
It happened so quickly, Im not sure I remember all the details, but the craft did have white strobe lights going clockwise, and I could see light inside the windows at the top. Then the craft turned on a large purplish blue light at the bottom and I could see the beams coming down through the sky. Then it dimmed the lights and I could see the underside of the craft and it looked as if there were some round vent on the underside, being intersected by three sides of a triangle, with lights at each point. I think when the lights are turned up, it just all looks like one large light.
Then the second vehicle, resumed its position behind the first, they flew a little farther, closer to me, being maybe 50 feet above the swiming pool and both just dissappeared!! Since that day, I have seen several vehicles which were all different but none up as close as those two. I have also seen inverted V shapes, with lights on them, floating in the air, like a kite, but moved on their own. I havent seen any more V shapes, since about a month after I saw my first ufos. Now whether they are really ufos, are secret military craft, I dont Know, but I wonder why , especially, the ufos wanted me to see them. Also the V shaped objects were above my rooftop, 40=50 feet and I saw them twice, and again I saw two of them. It almost seemed as if they were making a lazer or invisible grid of some type. NOw these didnt look large enough, to have anyone inside them. They just looked like some kind of electronic, flying kite with lights on them. I have also seen other things, but I will end with this, because I dont want you to think I am looney lol!
