Just found this article about a truly incredible and gifted artist.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ire-drew-amazing-picture-Londons-skyline.html

I saw this chap once before when he did the same thing only he was given a fifteen minute fly by of Rome.
How on earth does this work? I am glad that Stephen has this talent, life must be very difficult for him in other ways.

What a fanatastic reminder of just what potential we all have locked up
somewhere. Quite remarkable.

This guy is pretty amazing, too.

There was an autistic older man in the town I grew up in who had memorized every copy of the "Farmer's Almanac." He could also tell you what day of the week any particular date occurred on, going back hundreds of years.

I find these people fascinating,

It makes me wonder if with our common interests in things like UFO's, ghosts, clairvoyance etc, and our focussed attention on their study to whatever extent.
Are we perhaps sometimes guilty of being too fixed with our intellectual attention thereby missing a whole lot of subtle information we are just to blinkered to notice.
What I mean is, when I see people like this lost in the creative process, they are obviously in touch with some very deep and yet instinctive ability that I suspect we all share.
I cant help but wonder if somewhere on this planet there is a clairvoyant, autistic, experiencer of something strange that could render either from clay or on paper what they have seen?

Sounds a little prurient and cruel maybe but I am curious.

This guy may or may not belong here.

I find autism to be incredibly fascinating. It seems to indicate that the human mind is capable of some fucking incredible shit.

I think in the future much will be learned from autism.
