Bassett is Ignorant and Delusional

You know, I used to enjoy listening to Steve Bassett wax on in interviews. Id suspend my disbelief and go on a ride.... pretend this guy knew what he was talking about and imagine a disclosure scenario.

However I just listened to the interview The Clueless One did with him in one of the earlier CoC's. The guy is literally delusional. He talks with such conviction about matters of govt, policy and public reaction that it almost seems like hes from the future and has come back to let us all know how its going to go down.

Then theres the topic of the origin of the intelligence. The guy basically insulted anyone with healthy skepticism by blatantly labeling anyone who doesnt 100% fully believe that they are extraterrestrial as lil' scaredycats who will come up with anything else just as long its not the ETH. He was so arrogant and sure of himself it was disgusting. He didnt acknowledge in the slightest that most intelligent people simply are open to more than one possibility. Sure there may be some people who are just scared and convince themselves that they couldnt be ET's (although inter dimensional crypto beings seem to me to be scarier than ETs anyway), but for most its just about not knowing and acknowledging other possibilities.

If theres one thing worse than ignorance its the lack of awareness of ones ignorance. Bassett is as bad as Greer in my book now, and if these two are the ones spear-heading the disclosure movement then were all in a lot of trouble.

It aint never gonna happen.

I like Stephen, but "Occam's Razor" tells me that his efforts amounts to little more than mental masturbation...

I have a problem with anyone who claims to know anything in this field...

I get equally frustrated when I hear Vallee say that the data does not point to the ETH...

Like, any of these guys would know what an Extraterresstrial or Extradimensional species would look like...

Even though I disagree with his much of what Stephen is saying,I will give him some props for,at least, trying to challenge the Government position on this matter.
On this point,Vallee is way to "cautious",in my opinion. It's really a shame, since his innput in the public discourse is so badly needed...
