Beam of light from Pyramid

Free episodes:

Have you deliberately made no comment on this video mike? I am no image analyst of any kind but I would be interested to know if the beam of light is emanating from the pyramid, going up to the sky, or coming down from the sky to the pyramid.
I would have thought all beams of light must have a source, so what is the supposed source of this light? It looks very bright for having been taken during the day - even the most powerful of lights hardly shows up in daylight, a powerful laser would still need a lot of moisture or particles hanging in the air for it to reflect off.
I haven't got the first clue as to whether this is real or not, it's a nice picture tho!

What a pity this photo wasn't made this year with iPhone 4S to get a better quality photo and also would be nice to see a spectrography analysis for this image.

I have no idea what it is either, but there are some aspects that make this an interesting case.
The metadata on the phone seems to indicate there is no tampering with the image, inaddition there was a well known witness who confirms he saw the image very soon after it was taken at the actual location it was taken.
To me this dimunishes the photoshoped scenario.
There does seem to be some lightning visible in the background, perhaps its related to that
