It basically within the Youtube environment. There are some seriously doe-eyed, crystal-polishing, chakra-spinning, hold-hands-and-sing-kumbaya people over there. They make Meierites seem sane and resolved by comparison.

Fortunately there are also others who call them out on their crap. Too bad it doesn't sink in...

We should have votes on what the excuse will be. My vote is that goodchild will say that the aliens wanted to come but cancelled at the last minute as they had a premonition that something bad would happen on Earth if they showed, and the didnt want that to happen.

Some bullshit argument like that, guarantee.

I am hopeing and praying the Lady in question is actually right.I have so much frustration, notting seems achieveable. So many hoaxs out there and we dont seem to be getting any closer to the truth. Or even a little grain of some truth at best!.This stuff effects your life.

Even relationships suffer, they have never seen, what you have seen. So it is hard for people in your life " to understand your obession to such subjects.

Anyway, i stop my moaning:eek: ROLL ON OCTOBER 14 2008, AT LEAST IF SOMETHING DOES SHOW UP, WE CAN SHOW OUR LOVED ONES SOMETHING THAN IS TANGIBLE TO THEM.

like a chinese wisper game the story is morphing already, one idea being that the poles are about to shift again and we are all going to be invited onboard thousands of mothership sized craft and taken to safety for a few years until earth settles down.

Well for me at least, i am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Is it a hoax,
probably.
Something like that doesnt seem real or even rational. The lady will be no more on after the 14, if notting shows up anyway, just dont give her any money until after the 14:D
 
How many times have we heard this before? How many times has it been correct? There's always some knucklehead claiming ets are going to land soon and give out balloon animals. So far none of these people have been correct. I see no reason to think this lady is any different, but good enough reason to suspect she's the same as Courtney Brown, Yahway, Bo and Peep/Heavens Gate etc.

IF it happens (and I think I'd need an entire universe of space to contain an IF that big) my suspicion is that "by their actions shall ye know them".

- If they're here to wipe us out, limber up, bend over and kiss your ass goodbye.
- If they're here on a legitimate mission of contact we should do as they do, sit back, take it all in and observe.
- If they begin an "invasion" but we're somehow able to fight them off in a heroic denfence of humanity, then it's project Blue Beam. Practice your goose-stepping now.

Of course all of the above can't account for the concept of deception in which case, fuck it. I don't know. I suspect however that if it does happen, those of us on the paracast board at least will be slightly more calm than our friends and neighbours who will doubtless, to use a good net-ism, shit brix.

Dude that was funny. For some reason the image of aliens stepping out of a craft handing out balloon animals to everyone just cracked me up.
