I was just wondering what everyone's take on Beethoven is, while many of you may disagree with me I don't think there has ever been a greater musical mastermind than Beethoven. The fact that he wrote the most beautiful pieces while deaf is beyond me. One would think that a master composer should have a heightened sense of hearing, but to be deaf and still excel beyond all imaginination is truly Devine. So what is your take on Ludwig? Any favorite pieces? Mine is Moonlight Sonata while it is probably one of his most famous it reduces me to mush every time I hear it.

It doesn't belong there and it has been moved. It's his second post about classical music in a strange section. I have a feeling that wongwq may be a bot of some kind.
