Bigelow's Genesis I films unidentified bright spot

In this small video clip taken from one of Genesis I's exterior cameras on March 3, a bright spot of some kind can be seen...

They include a submission form for your image analysis. Anyone?
 
What I noticed is that the bright spot doesn't seem to move relative to the camera lens at all. There is one series of snapshots in which it appears to move just a little bit, but I think that's an illusion. As I don't have any software to examine it in any more detail, I'll leave that statement as opinion.
