I've checked the math personally; took me a while, but it is bang-on perfect.

Read ALL of it before you chuck it away. It doesn't need the Lazar story to even exist. This is all evidence you can check for yourself; you just need to learn Fourier mathematics. Nobody can ask for anything more. Pay special attention to Tab. (8, 9) for an author credibility check.
