Prolific paranormal author and commentator Dr. Joseph P. Farrell returns to The Paracast. We'll talk about breakaway civilizations and some of his recent books, such as, "The Grid of the Gods," which focuses on ancient mysteries and the involvement of possible ETs.

Author and former intelligence agent Walter Bosley will join us as a member of the panel.

Dr. Farrell, do you believe the advanced technology such as 'Die Glocke' (The Bell) was developed solely by Nazi scientists or with the help of aliens and their technology?

What's your thoughts on the current bankers deaths (suicides) which seem quite a growing trend in 2016 and your thoughts on Nick Cooks book on anti-gravity technology ?

Whats your thoughts of the late US Officer of the OSS Col Corso and his book on Roswell and his interviews about advance technology?

3. The recent media hype this year of archeologist discoveries in Indonesia of remains of a ancient " hobbit" size human skeletons. The archeologist discovery seems to suggest these "hobbit" had advance tools ?and development due to its isolation. Is it plausible more case of this type of discovery could of taken place in the last hundred years. Furthermore, is it plausible the authorities might withhold the discovery due to national security policy during the Cold War?

1. Are there any cases where you believe a paranormal or non-human explanation is the most likely?
2. What is your view on Walter's multi-breakaway civilization theory and that these civilizations broke off from ours in the 1800's, not the 1940s?

Being that the Nazi regime was known for some genetic harvesting ,experimentation and manipulation and it is commonly thought that genetic harvesting may be behind some alien abduction reports has either Walter or Joseph ever proposed that perhaps modern day Nazi's are behind at least a few of the reputed abduction experiments.

I (think) Walter had mentioned that there is no real reason why the two groups had any real reason to engage with us but could it be that their population maybe be bordering on inbreeding and therefore may need to mix up their gene pool?

Perhaps their tech while advanced , is not advanced enough so that it still resembles modern day earth based genetic collection in that it would be easier to harvest sperm and ovum rather than less intrusive high tech means?

1) When did the "breakaway civilization" break away? What events in history coincide with this breaking away?

2) How are "cryptoterrestrials" and the so-called "breakaway civilization" related?

3) Can we see any of the infrastructure of this breakaway civilization in the world today, or has Berkshire Hathaway already purchased all of the prime real-estate?

4) Do citizens of the breakaway civilization also have lives in our ordinary terrestrial world? Care to speculate on who some possible members might be?

5) Does the breakaway civilization have its own system of government, its own laws, elected officials, and the rest? Can someone who is not a citizen of the breakaway civilization marry into it? If so, why haven't we seen any paparazzi photos of Scarlett Johannsson walking hand-in-hand with David Rockefeller or the Queen of England?

6) Why is it constantly said that Richard Dolan invented this concept, when there are so many examples of it by other names in science fiction and fantasy that predate his musings? Before Richard Dolan, there was the Marvel Comics universe, after all.

7) Could it be said that this concept of a "breakaway civilization" is just a kind of slave fantasy invented by those who are upset that they have never been invited into it?

Dr. Farrell - it has been suggested that intelligence agencies have been pouring money into shows like Ancient Aliens in order to continue the obfuscation of human history prior to the ice age. What do you make of this suggestion?

I've also heard it suggested that as UAV's become increasingly common, intelligence agencies fear that the public will begin to suspect that many of the famous UFO sighting events of the past were actually tests or displays of secret drone technology, and so this is the reason they've been funding shows like Ancient Aliens - to try to give the impression of scientific validation of the ETH in order to keep our own Unacknowledged Fascist Observatories a secret. After all, the US has had drone technology since the mid 40s. Donald Keyhoe wrote an article about it in the December 1946 issue of True magazine, then just two years later rejected the possibility that flying saucers could be man-made drone aircraft in his first book on the subject, The Flying Saucers Are Real. Again, what are your thoughts on this suggestion?

Do you think we could be dealing with an ancient breakaway human civilization/civilizations? Perhaps a group of people that went underground during some great ancient war or global catastrophe? We know our politicians and elite have vast underground bunkers for just such a situation. If an ancient group of human elites went underground thousands of years ago, would you expect any physical changes in successive generations, such as changes in height, or the size of their eyes?

Do you believe a human breakaway civilization could be responsible for perceived alien abductions? To what purpose, if so? Do you think they may be performing medical experiments, almost as a covert continuation of human experimentation by people like Mengele? Or is it just to perpetuate a belief in probe wielding grey aliens?

As a follow-up, do you think grey aliens might actually be man-made artificial life-forms created with human tissue and organs?

Do you think breakaway civilizations could be cooperating to some extent with any known humans or human agencies, such as the nuclear power industry, certain weapons contractors, people with the last name Rockefeller, etc...?

Do you think unacknowledged technology used in acknowledged aircraft could have been fed to aviation contractors by a breakaway civilization? For example, the B2 bomber's use of electrogravitics, or whatever technology actually lifted the Apollo program Lunar Modules off of the moon....
