British Ministry of Defense to Declassify More UFO Documents!

There was a report on Fox News that the UK Ministry of Defense will be making the remaining portion of its UFO archives public over the next year. The statement comes from former UFO project head Nick Pope, who has been a guest on The Paracast.

An interesting development if it comes to pass. Also interesting is Pope's statement that other governments will follow suit, although I rather suspect the U.S. is not a part of that list.

Really? It seems in line with the past few years of gradual UFO docs release by the MOD.

Hopefully we get another Rendlesham out of the next bunch.

I am really trying not to get my hopes up. There is a small idealistic bit of me that hopes some sort of disclosure event is right around the corner. What with the FOIA re-org and the UK and France releasing documents. Old folks with nothing to loose and nothing to gain telling their stories. The strong evidence for the Stephenvill craft (specifcially referring to the radar stuff MUFON exposed). All the other stuff that is happening. I wish it were possible for something official to happen. but, the other 99% of me knows that is a pipe dream. You dont relinquish control once you have it. Willingly anyway. Officially recognizing this phenomenon would be a significant loss of control.

Now, I do not discount the overwhelming probability that nuggets of information gold will be found from all these document releases. But, thats it. Peices of the fresco.
