Free episodes:

It's funny. I quit drinking coffee about a week or so ago.

I haven't noticed much of a difference yet. I'll see how it goes after a month or so.

This is how I feel sometimes

I like to think that rather than the caffeine causing you to hallucinate, its actually just triggering a sense in you that allows you to perceive these things.

Thats sort of my overarching philosophy on hallucinogens etc.

Oh come on if that were the case there would be many more car accidents from people leaving starbucks. Coffee wakes me up period.

I agree. I bet people are mistaking 'sensing a spirit' for what it really is: low level anxiety from the caffeine causing you to look over your shoulder all the time, or something like that.

i drink coffee, good coffee though i wont touch instant.
and i only "use" it when i first get up, around 5:00 am, or more specifically just before dawn at first birdsong.

i wouldnt drink it after say 7:00 am.

drinking the stuff at night is what gets most people, a self defeating cycle. drink before you go to bed, you dont sleep well, you wake up feeling tired so you drink coffee.....drink it until you go to bed... you dont sleep well....

as a wise man one said everything in moderation including....moderation (occasionally)

I drink a pot of coffee each day at work and I've never noticed anyth....wait, what the hell was that? Hang on I'm gonna go check....

the equivalent of more than seven cups a day of instant coffee...

someone should tell the Brits it isn't the amount, it's the kind of coffee they drink.
instant. ick!
