I'm pretty much convinced that cat's can see things we can't. Our eyes don't see everything they look at. I've seen my dogs growl and snap at things that were invisible to me, also.If you've ever seen a cat stare fixedly at something invisible that seems to be traveling slowly across a room, that second idea doesn't seem so silly. Witnessing that phenomena has seriously spooked the bejesus out of me on more than one occasion.
