Jeez. My 13 year old was doing this the other day. I was doing my best to blow quietly across the table, but he didn't buy it.
 
I was watching kids in class do this also freaking out at how balanced pencils respond to any room's vibrations, footsteps, gentle breaths, screams etc. and this in turn prompted some tales of my own Ouija board experiences, and how people can spell together in a team pretty handily, even unconsciously. But then I freaked them out even more with some of the inexplicable Ouija events I had. Good to know the kids are still open to other possibilities and that most of them understand Slenderman is an internet meme.

I'd rather see them doing this sort of internet challenge than sucking their faces into shot glasses or disappearing for a weekend. Social media can suck the brains right out of some people.
