Used Google translator to translate the description, which is in Italian:
"UFO sighting on the highway Brindisi and Taranto on the night of 15/08/2009.
I have personally taken up the video with my JVC zoom up to 34x. In the final video shows abruptly zoom to 0 to make you realize the distance.
The sounds you hear are the cars whizzing. The voices of my relatives in Russia are Russians.

If you need I have the uncompressed file."

Seems interesting.

I wonder what that sound is. I guess it could be a car engine idling. Or heli blades.

Edit, ok its obviously not a chopper. Hot air balloon is my best guess based on the shape.

Now that was some interesting footage. What I especially thought was interesting is the little lights around the large light and that they appeared to move independently of the large object. Unfortunately, I don't know enough of cameras to know if little lights were just reflections within the camera lens or if they really exist.
Thanks for sharing.

I watched it again and I would have to say that the little lights may be refracted light within the lens of the camera. The little lights on the left and right move away and closer from the larger ball like they are reflections of each other. It looks like a chinese lantern to me.
Apparently flying chinese lanterns are all the rage in the UK and may be accountable for some of the sightings seen this winter.

Flying lantern:
Lots of flying lanterns:

I'd doubt it was a UFO. The video suggests a human origin. The reasons are obvious and it don't really need explaining.
