I'd say this provocative action is not unlike russias' flag planting in the arctic with an added f.u.
Oh, and the east is red.as I'm writing this there was mention of the russian act on a npr news story , it was a sound bite from hillary and it was on a story about the u.s. not yet signing the law of the sea treaty and it also mentioned chinas actions as well....permission to chalk this up as a synchronistic event ?

thanks for the heads up.... Fiji may as well have the Chinese flag tacked on to their own these days and that is increasing tensions down here.
