There has been much material gathered on UFO type appearances - but is there any studies or documentation or footage which focuses on the sounds of these craft?

If so, and also, has anybody taken it to the level of relating the noise radiation to energy frequency and possibly mode of travel?
 
The vast majority of UFO reports tend to include the phrase "it was completely silent" somewhere in them. The only ones I'm aware of that report sounds usually describe a low hum or pulse, similar to an electrical transformer. There's some sound tapes associated with the Meier case but well... it's the Meier case, so you know what they're worth.
