These look incredibly similar to me. One was taken in Moscow this past weekend. The other was from Oslo back during Obama's peace prize trip. This is NOT the big pyramid and blue spiral from Norway that we have all already seen. I am linking to these videos because this looks exactly like what I saw back in October over central North Carolina, and seeing them really caught my eye.

Absent additional footage, I am inclined to believe that they are more of those pesky sky lanterns. We know they launched at least two.
