Cure for cancer?

Free episodes:

Reading that article brought back memories about how the best friend I ever had died. He had lymphoma. It started with a lump on his neck. I remember him asking me what I thought of it and I failed to see the significance. He started feeling sick and went to the emergency room and was told he probably had pneumonia. A month or two later he nearly died and was hospitalized and was finally properly diagnosed. He struggled with it for a year or two, got chemotherapy and eventually a bone marrow transplant. Never got to find out if the bone marrow transplant would work because the idiot doctors put some kind of port in his arm so that he wouldn't have to constantly be jabbed with needles. Problem is they put it in backwards and it got infected and since his immune system was wiped out by the transplant the infection killed him. His family never elected to sue which tripped me out because if there was ever a justifiable cause for a lawsuit it was that. Hope this new treatment works out so others don't have to go through what he did.

I actually wonder, has there ever been a thoroughly study done in 'cancer' related deaths concerning animals ? My Grandfather died of lung cancer, and I'm not trying to belittle the subject.
