I hate this sort of thing. It is obviously a scripted performance. I don't know if this is really from Zabel or not, but I think this sort of thing just adds to the noise and confusion. Yeah, it's entertainment but Zabel also wants to be taken seriously with his collaboration with Richard Dolan. You can't essentially hoax things and expect to be taken seriously.

Needed better actors to 'sell' that hokum-and a less obvious and linear script-maybe Orson Welles could be 'channelled' to do the job?

"Dark Skies" was a miserable X-Files rehash with some bad acting and an absurd script. I went through the gruelling experience of seeing the first episode and immediately decided to spare myself the trauma of seeing the rest of the show.
