The practice of recapitulation gives us the requisite energy to open up the path we are on in a new way and to find new behaviour that resonates with
our new clarity. Typically people report their practice intensifies both in depth and duration.
Both classic techniques of recapitulation, using a box we will make, and other creative, incisive and efficient ways to clear us of constricting belief and behaviour, will be taught and practiced.
Using movements learned in dreaming, meditation, breath writing and sharing, we will in the 10 days re-dream ourselves. After such a process, you become unrecognisable to yourself.
To truly see the array of possibilities that are available to us every moment, and choose, with indifference yet passion, is staggering. Come taste freedom. Find yourself really awake as we come into 2013.
