Yeah, it's been posted before. David B. considers it one of the more impressive videos.

I'm not sure what to make of it. From memory it seems to move with the camera bounce at the beginning which might indicate a reflection, but after viewing the entire thing, and surrounding info. that seems less likely.

Funny that you should mention David B, I was actually wondering if that cylinder resembles the craft that he spotted during his time in Venuesuela.

I haven't heard him make any connections to the object and what he saw that I can recall. Maybe he'll respond to the thread and let us know if there is. IIRC, the object he described was more detailed and interesting than what shows up on the clip.
 
If its faked its about as athentic a russian mig 21 cockpit as ive seen.(and yes I have seen them in person.The clarity is VERY hard to fake.Those canopy's are made in a very time consuming fasion to hold distortion down.
