After listening to the April 10 program on the subject, I was puzzled by Gene's question "has anyone ever captured a Dginn"? How in the wolrd does one "capture" and hold something tht is not a physical object?
 
The answer, in all seriousness, is a magic lamp. What, exactly, a "magic lamp" might be in reality is another story. When I think about what technology or technique the term could be referring to, my imagination moves away from a literal Alladin lamp to something, perhaps out of Ghostbusters.
