Well, you can rest easy that he will.  In your lifetime, and probably sooner rather than later.

It's my hope that he won't die so soon of natural causes that he won't be able to be prosecuted for his crimes.

If he steps into France, he will be taken straight to the Hague under armed guard, according to sources.  It's possible he may never be able to leave the country under any circumstances.

You shoot a guy in the face--even by accident--you go to jail.  Period.  I don't care if you're the Pope.  Instead, this asshole gets an apology by the guy that he shot, on television.  He calls a press conference to get out of the consequences.

If you look in the dictionary for the word, "Chickenhawk", you will see Dick Cheney's name next to it with his photo.

I would very much like to see him get some of the treatment that he authorized for "unlawful enemy combatants".  So long as he has a black bag over his head and electrodes attached to his fingers, with a puddle of electric current below his teetering form, I'll be happy.

But, of course, he'll end up with a Presidential pardon, immunity, or whatever, along with Condi, Rummy, Robert Mueller, George "slam dunk" Tenet, Paul Wolfowitz, Ari Fleischer, John "Lost to a Dead Man" Ashcroft and the whole lot of the PNAC founders.

Instead of being sent to Guantanamo or Abu Grahib like the ought to.

The war on terror (what a joke) has done more to put the U.S. in danger than anything ever before, including the Cold War, and has ruined our standing in the world, sullied our name, and disgraced our flag.

It's responsible for the willy-nilly proliferation of nuclear materials all over the Middle East and the third world, and depleted uranium being littered all over Iraq and Afghanistan, causing horrible birth defects and forever contaminating what little supplies of natural water exist there (which is all kinds of illegal, against military protocol--see Iraq For Sale for details).

These people have a 50-50 chance of living through the next decade, pardoned or not.

If the all get secret service protection--so much the better--it will be a dead giveaway that they think they need it.

"So what?"
