Yes. Betty Hill is one of them. Well, I can't recall if they were speaking among themselves, but to her they were reportedly. There are other lesser known cases, but I'm not sure how to refer to them since the case names, if they have any aren't coming to mind.

The seemingly hybrid female that purportedly engaged in a sex act with Antonio Villas-Boas in Brazil in 1957, apparently grunted in an animal manner, which he said turned him off. Though this account seems rather fantastical it is nonetheless highly regarded by many.

The grays don't really have a mouth equipped to speak, I don't think anyone ever had seen them speak
The human type beings sometimes speak with their mouths. But you can never be sure if they are physical with tongues, or projections, both exist.
There is one type that people sometimes, though rarely see, which are essentially spirit beings, yet, they somehow form a permanent form (which feels solid when you are in their "dimension") and one woman reported that they also used mouth to talk to her. They wore white robes, walked barefoot on their cigar shaped craft, and were huge, and had white long hair and white skin. But this is probably just the form they chose to take, because she had seen them transform into forms of light, or balls of light and whatnot.
They even had a language of their own, but it seems to be more than just a vibration as a function of time, as we perceive sound, but something multidimensional in nature, in that the words don't bring messages and specific concepts as we know it, but work on a spiritual level. For example, a word (sound) or even written script can heal, without it being possible to translate into specific meaning into English, but it can be used in such a way too, it's just that it has this other component to it. They claim that it was the "original language brought to Earth"
Though when spoken, the language sounds somewhat like a weird mixture of Hebrew or Aramaic (but without that hard H's they have) and something like Japanese.
What they have also revealed to her is that sometimes, the phenomenon of glossolalia (or speaking in tongues as people call it) is tied with them, but that's more rare, most of speaking in tongues people do is just nonsense.
But it started out that way, usually it worked in pairs (with translation) so the message can't be falsified.

I have experienced the 'speaking-in-tongues' thing once in my life, and it just so happened to be while I was in the presence of what appeared to be a giant praying mantis. It's "voice" was a scratchy, clicking sound, but I could somehow understand it to some degree. It was trying to teach me a phrase and syllables began just spontaneously coming from my mouth. There was some sort of "gauge" hovering in my field of vision. When I pronounced certain syllables correctly a marker on the gauge would hover in a white section in the middle. I would also have tones played in my head that I felt compelled to mimic vocally. I later determined the tones to be from the F# major pentatonic scale with the inclusion of a tritone. I can't explain how, but doing this seemed to keep our two planes of existence "sympathetic."
But, yeah...I guess what I'm getting at is that glossolalia does appear to be tied this phenomenon. Never really thought about it until you pointed it out. Hmmm...those Pentecostals just got a lot creepier.
Not every pentecostal church has genuine glossolalia experiences. I think there is so much nonsense going on in that field. Anyone can pretend they speak an alien language.
The genuine cases, are often private in nature, and often involve verifiable earthly languages which the person does not usually speak, but they can be alien languages too obviously, or what Paul would call "angel languages" in his letters.
But back to the case I was talking about. The woman was actually shown a scene from her life , sort of like a video clip on some round screen in the wall on the alien ship, where they showed her a scene when she was a child and was in a church, which was one of those churches (baptist or pentecostal or similar) , and she remembered that moment of her life, except that on the video she could now see auras around people, and two of these white guys standing in the church, but nobody could see them. One of them touched the pastor, and he started talking in this unknown language, and another one whispered to pastors wife and she started translating, and a message came through, something like that this woman will be blessed because she has give all she has, something like that. This was an answer to some kind of pledge she gave that day in front of the church to use all her talents to serve god. This presentation was given to her after she asked the beings why is she here, and they said "don't you remember your blessing" and then they showed her that.
And indeed her talents of drawing one days, made an amazing series of illustrations in Ray Fowlers books. This is the Andreasson case by the way.
