This is from a Wikipedia linked page about Gravity probe B experimental verification that spinning masses have measurable effects on space-time. It reads a heck of a lot like descriptions that have been bouncing around for decades about practical applications of anti-gravity research.

And...

"Some higher-order gravitomagnetic effects can reproduce effects reminiscent of the interactions of more conventional polarized charges. For instance, if two wheels are spun on a common axis, the mutual gravitational attraction between the two wheels will be greater if they spin in opposite directions than in the same direction."

I have no idea what this really means!
