Skilled Investigator
The idea of parachutists being involved in the '97 Phoenix incident was interesting. Perhaps even more interesting, is that individuals appear to be far more capable of recording images of the post-event staged lighting charades and not of the events themselves. In '97 and '08, cameras on the ground captured the red herring light shows but not the large triangles, and this is important. The triangles bear consistently similar characteristics - they are apparently too enormous and fly too slowly to conventionally defy gravity, they are silent and, even when they fly at low altitude over densely populated areas, the objects are not photographed. This is due to the fact that the triangles are not truly there at all in the conventional sense. They exist within a remote location in time and space and become temporarily visible and "local" to witnesses due to a by-product of their own engineering. This is purely accidental and, when awareness of the fact that the veil has been "folded over on itself" is apparent, the craft make the necessary adjustments. Witnesses to these triangles often note that they feel as if they're moving in a "fog," of being unable to move quickly and lethargy in decision mechanisms. These symptoms arise from the exposure to the space-time engineering system and this is a primary reason why witnesses are slow to reach for the camera yet they are so fast to act in the ensuing red herring light shows. It is a side effect from exposure. Dolan was curious about why the coordinates pointed to Trinity. Far from being a set of false data, it was a bombshell of a clue... Someone was trying to explain the physics. You can lead a horse to water...

Note to Dolan et all - Trinity was indicated because it marked the beginning of a strange new era. A side effect of a nuclear detonation is the ripping open of a hole in space-time. After the war, there were so many nuclear tests in the south west that the whole area turned into UFO Grand Central Station. One minute those objects were cruising along quite happily in whichever corner of reality they inhabited, then the next thing they knew they were coughing up sand in New Mexico. Luckily, the shock-holes are temporary. It took us a long time to fully understand the side effect of our work. Einstein didn't give us any warnings. The side effects of nuclear technology have been a well guarded secret for decades. Back in the beginning, there were some very wise folks who were worried about where the post-split energy came from in the first place, but no one saw it coming. We've come to regard nukes as a Trojan Horse of sorts. And now we've got the Iranians to deal with on the issue...

Regarding the crashed craft themselves, a lot of the gear that was recovered was worthless. The conclusion was that many of them were engineered for environments with entirely different physical laws and attributes. So close yet so far... A lot of people speculate why the "morphology" of the objects has evolved. Well it's simply because in the beginning their appearance here was unintentional (see above.) However, it wasn't difficult for them to blow open a few holes themselves. If you're wondering what a shock-hole feels like for the recipient, check out Tunguska. A lot of nuke tests went below ground for some good reasons...
