My heart goes out to Dr. Leir, his family, friends, countless patients, and colleagues whom his life and work has touched.
His research and analysis has been a potent resource in the quest to understating the true nature of the implant phenomena. As a devoted and intrinsic part of the UFO community his life and dedication will be sorely missed, but his legacy will prove fruitful for future generations to come and will undoubtedly inspire and fuel the new wave of researchers in the field.
