I experienced an apparent swelling of the central portion of my field of vision.
Some of the other vids by this user are pretty cool too.

For about 3 seconds my field of vision was bulging and warping. It seems to work better if you scan around.

I was wondering the same thing having retinal damage that is or we both have had too much mind control done to us that our brains go not gonna work!
