i dont think Mr Bush's terms in office were a failure, in the big picture its all good, if nothing else some voters will now give more consideration to the candidates in future, than they might have.
having a "bad" president as some would label him leave office is in fact proof that the system itself works, at least you get to vote them out instead of having to rely on someone else to free you from a bad leader like the iraqis did.

It's not that the system doesn't work. It's the fact that it doesn't work in favor of our Constitution, or the interests of the American People.
The idea that we had to endure 8 years of Treason under Clinton, and 8 years of the same, coupled with ABJECT STUPIDITY under Bush, is proof that the system works for the netherworldly cabal that wants nothing more than to see the United States stripmined of its wealth, and its people turned into indentured servants to their evil agenda.

anyway saddam is gone and the world is a better place, soon Mr Bush will be gone, and some will say the same again. he had his part to play and he played it
