Take a look at this comparison of Elvis in 1977 and an extra in the film Home Alone from 1990. He even has the same twitch. Also the extra isn't in the end credits. If this is Elvis, then he would have been 55, but had he kept himself in shape and dyed his hair, then I can imagine he would have looked like this... anyway, see what you think ! ;)
