Good video find Chris. But we need more answers:

  1. It's established science that water vapor is a far more efficient greenhouse gas than CO2, so why are all the scientists silent on this issue?
  2. What are the laws and regulations governing these "public programs"? Can people just go do this or do they need a license? If so from whom?
  3. Where can we get the real numbers regarding the who, what, when, where and why instead of these generalized extrapolations?
  4. Extensive weather modification experiments were done with the intent of reducing the severity of storms. According to this video it's now being done to create rain. Have we now gone too far the other way? The video claims yes, but once again where are the scientists?
It seems to me that it's the same old story. The unorganized masses are so focused on their minute by minute needs and wants that this isn't even on their radar. Meanwhile well organized big business people and governments just continue do what they want and are helped by the anti-conspiracy theorist noise makers who carry on with their usual ridicule. Perhaps that's why the scientists are staying so quiet. It's become associated with "conspiracy theories" and if they get within a mile of it, their credibility will suffer.

I've heard a little something about this but doesn't it stem from the condensation of CO2 , if so , then that argument is disengenious.
 
Maybe they are spraying silver iodide for vampires?

But seriously, are they weather control experiments? Or population control measures?
 
I have been talking about "chemtrails" since I signed up on this forum and have been called every name in the book for discussing them. There is a lot more to this story if you watch "Why In The World Are They Spraying" that I posted somewhere here on the forums.
I had not seen this video before and it cleared some things up for me. I did not realize that the jets were producing the persistent contrails by flying thru the silver iodide already in the atmosphere... now it all starts to make sense to me.

I've been arguing w/ the "chemtrail" crowd for years... Chemtrails are real, but different from persistent contrails—I'm looking at these contrails overhead as we speak. Weather modification is one thing—chemtrails are another. As soon as people become educated to tell the difference, we can get on the same page, muster our resources and fight this potentially-devastating attempt to manipulate nature with no regard to the negative consequences! Then, we can figure out what the hell the chemtrails are and why they are being distributed clandestinely overhead!
