I hope that in my life time they develop and incorporate a VTOL* system into this "machine**"

** I am not sure what the correct term for a device like this is. Craft does not sound correct nor does vehicle? maybe equipment? or attachment? (I think "Jetpack" might be the closest but the ones I have seen had no wings, and were also in cartoons or computer games, and I have a feeling "jetpack" is like a brand name e.g. in England we call a "vacuum cleaner" a "hoover" because of brand association, or like when in America you say "band-Aid" instead of "Adhesive bandage".
