Okay, I anticipate quite a few responses to this thread.

One question only:

Crap or not?

Mostly crap. That's the one with Dean, Greer, Morten and other kooks right? It took me a long time before I even watched it all. I had to force myself. Out of the Blue is better.

Yeah, Out of the Blue is much better. Fastwalkers isn't going to show you much of anything that you haven't seen before and after listening to Robert Miles' presentation at the X-Conference, it's clear that he's not about serious ufology.

It was ok, not great not terrible. All of my UFO movie reviews can be found on Blockbuster.com if anyone gives a crap:
http://www.blockbuster.com/search/movie/mostPopular?keyword=UFO%20-season%20-Ultramaiden&y=0&x=0&pg.1.page=1&pg.1.pageSize=50

Click on a movie title, then the Reviews button, I am Jeremk K.

I watched Fastwalkers last night & honestly, I really enjoyed it. I had seen Out Of The Blue before.

My gripes were Morten & Greer; it seemed too based around what they had to say. Pippin is mentioned in the speakers index, but he speaks for only 30 seconds & what he says is quite stale indeed.

Huge applause to Jim Marrs, I enjoyed everything he had to say...Before even watching Fastwalkers (& having had nothing to do with Marrs apart from hearing him on Dreamland) to be quite blunt I thought Jim was abit of a spinner & had little to nothing important to offer; but I was impressed by a few of his comments, just that they were nicely put :).

Yeah all in all it's nothing new, but I found it strangely re-freshing all the same.

Not excellant, but not god awful.

Entertaining.

Editing made Jim look better.

Adamski part was plain sad. There were others, can't recall though.

/edit plane = plain

Where's the little box I can put why I edited stuff at? Don't see it.

"Fastwalkers" is a pretty good documentary, but I agree "out of the blue" is far better. The new one should be VERY interesting ;)

Just an idea, but maybe we should put a thread together that lists UFO documentaries and movies. Sources could also be listed (Google Video, YouTube, DVD etc)

Does anyone know the status of the new version of Out Of The Blue? I signed up for email notification about the DVD coming out, but I have yet to hear anything.

Already done. Try "alien video thread" feel free to add to it, and I think there is a thread where people recommended docs too. Can't recall the name though.

Have you read Marrs' Alien Agenda or Rule By Secrecy? Both are worth checking out if you haven't already.

I havent but because you mentioned them I'll have to order them through now; I've known they have been around for awhile, just didn't have the cash.

Also, I didn't pay anything to watch Fastwalkers, I just watched it on youtube.com. Btw, I suggest you all use 'keepvid.com' so you can save all of your favourite Youtube & Google video clips to your hard drive for easy viewing whenever you want. The quality is exactly the same as off of the original source. The clips save as unmarked files, so simply put '.flv' at the end of the files name to convert them to Flash video's & grab yourself a flash player off of the same site...

NOTE: Some of these Flash Player .exe's also include converters so you can put them straight to MPG, AVI etc ;).

Was it put up there by the makers or is it pirated? Probably pirated. That isn't right...

Yes it was definately ripped & then uploaded to Youtube....Doesn't stop me from buying it or not; Youtube is just too damn convinient.

Sorry to bring up an old thread. Thinking back on Fastwalkers there was one bit that i found really fascinating. I'm not sure if it has been mentioned in other sources, one bloke on it (cant remember his name), was saying about how back in the 1970's there was some meeting at some place (cant remember details) but it was all government people and the likes & they had an alien being there and dressed it up in a suit to make it fit in more hahaha. I know this is as extreme as it gets when it comes to claims but bs or not i watched the 20 secs where he is stating it over and over like 50 times and was laughing my ass off the whole time. The bloke is kinda laughing as he says it though and its like he's thinking "i know this is looney but it actually happened and i cant believe it did anymore then you". I got good entertainment out of it anyhow. Anyone know who it was? Thoughts on it?
