Elvis. 1976. 10 years old.
Last Memphis concert.
John Denver. 1977. 11 years old

Monsters of Rock 1988: Iron maiden,Kiss,Dave Lee Roth,Megadeth,Guns n Roses,Helloween 15 years old

• Savoy Brown (British blues rock band)

• Jethro Tull (who I've seen many times again since)

all in Chicago in 1971 when I was 16

All Mighty Senators shows sprinkled throughout.

Can't remember the third , but many to follow...

Meat Loaf is a favorite, and his live act is astounding. That guy has energy.

Honestly I don't remember the first concert I attended. I remember a few in the late 60s. I was working at a radio station and had press tickets for Woodstock. But the program director asked me to work for one show that weekend, and thus he decided to go. He got stuck on the New York Thruway and never made it. Good for him.

His name is Ron Bastone. He ended up in LA as a producer of third-tier plays or something, but I have no idea where he might be today.
