Interesting. Looks like it was filmed through a night scope. I guess verifying this would be tricky as the scope seems to be creating a warping effect on the image. Toward the end of of the footage I wondered if it could be conventional craft like a Stealth?
 
Birds. Blindingly, obviously clearly birds.

The "flickering" you're seeing is really just the flapping motion of the wings......just compare this film with any other footage of migratory birds in flight and it will become more than obvious. The "illuminated" part stems from this being filmed with an IR camera. Heat source shows up as green in these cameras.

Edited...I just watched the whole thing and the V-shape at 4:20 is in fact the same clip I referenced in my first post. This video is not from Iraq. It's from California.

Or maybe I was expecting to see birds so thats what I saw. But it definitely looks like birds to me.
 
I'll play along and agree that it's just birds up about 3:20, but then some very distinctly non-bird objects enter the frame.

I agree Skunkape but we are probably talking conventional craft.
