Has anyone considered that The Clueless One may poke fun at his own experiences as a form of light relief? Maybe it's how he deals with the bizarre events in his life. To me, that makes him seem more credible - many people deal with difficult situations through humour, which to others may seem a bit bizarre or unacceptable. I know a number of emergency service workers who face stressful situations on a regular basis, and frequently crack sick jokes which make light of serious, often life or death situations. It's their way of coping, of not falling apart. Just a thought ...
