We've scheduled UFO researcher and award-winning investigative journalist George Knapp for a recording session on the evening of Wed., April 10 from 7 PM until 9 PM Pacific.

As many of you know, Knapp has investigated the strange occurrences at the Skinwalker Ranch in Utah, and he has also covered the unusual claims surrounding Area 51, not to mention such eccentric UFO-related personalities as Bob Lazar. There will be lots and lots to chew over on this episode, and your questions are welcomed.

Wahoo!
Great to have you back, we will forgive you for hanging with c2c!
Is there any new info on The Skinwalker case? What hypothesis have you derived from this event and how has it altered (if at all ) your paradigm or how you look at the paranormal? Are there any other cases that you have heard about that has had so much proliferation of paranormal activity?

thanks

Questions for George:
1;Has Lazar shown ANY acual proof of his claims?
2do you have any physical evidence of unusual activity at skinwalker?
3: Are you willing to call a fraud onto the carpet on the air on C2C?
4; please state your personal opinion on Lazar's claims and the reasons for it.
5;If Lazar was proved to be a fraud would you say so on the air on C2C?
6; in a field rife in fraud is there any REAL evidence you can Cite for the existence of UFO's?

As a Utah resident and an avid caver, I often wonder why it is never mentioned that so many extensive cave systems exist around the area of the ranch and Uinta Basin. I have been in caves with 6 or more miles of passages in that area, with subterranean lakes that seemed bottomless. Was there any geographic study included in the investigation you participated in?

Also, would you comment on the secrecy surrounding cave locations and their tightly guarded access by groups like the NSS?

Ps I understand that caves are fragile natural environs. I love em. But isn't the fact their locations remain secret after so many NSS members visit them a sign of a Conspiracy of Silence, if nothing more? When folks claim the government can't keep a secret, I always ask them where the nearest cave is.

Whatever you guys have time for, I'd love to hear some of Mr. Knapp's war stories about crime in Las Vegas:

1.Reading the news, it sometimes seems as though the Italian mob has disappeared or faded into the faux woodwork of Las Vegas. Is this true? Is there no more Italian mob to speak of in the city? Of the other nationality mobs, is any one of them poised to be a dominant force? And do they have to kick back to the Italian mob to operate?

2. What function does Las Vegas currently have in the world of organized crime? Macau is said to be a major destination for money laundering. Where does Vegas stand in comparison? Do you have any comment regarding Sheldon Adelson and the money-laundering investigation of the Sands casino?

3. Do outcall businesses in Vegas currently consist of independent operators, or does any particular mob tend to run them? Regarding the Vinnie the Aspirin story, do you think the black box ever existed? Did the family in question simply give up on Vegas after that episode?

Thank you!

My Dad worked for the Lockheed Skunkworks back in the day. (hence the username.) He was a journeyman machinist. But, all the way up into his eighties, he would never discuss what he did there. In fact, it wasn't until years after he retired that he would even admit he worked in "that" part of Lockheed. I always understood his loyalty to his country and its secrets and applaud him for it. But, my question is this; Obviously, in your investigations of the Skunkworks, Area 51, etc., you have also run into this reluctance to talk. How much of the history of these places, projects and workers do you feel has been lost forever because workers like my Dad refuse to say anything, even anonymously?

P.S. Thanks for so promptly answering my recent email to you about your public speaking schedule and the good old days at Caesar's Palace.

Please ask Mr. Knapp
1) what do you make of the 1975 case of the Evans Family ranch in Colorado and it's striking similarity to the what the Sherman's went through at the skinwalker ranch?
2) are you still going to release a documentary about the skinwalker ranch with pictures and video's that you've not shown yet or held back. it's been about 8 years since you've said you were going to release it and still no one has seen it. is it Mr. Bigelo keeping you from releasing it?

I'd like to know what kind of tangible evidence is available from Skinwalker Ranch. Sounds like it's a gold mine for researchers, yet I haven't heard about hard data having been collected. (Might be my ignorance). These areas like Marley Woods, Hessdalen all seem to hold promise but somehow they fail to deliver. Do you think it's just a matter of deploying the right technology and all would be revealed?

Thanks.

Any news from "Chip"?

Have there been more people saying they were employed by Mr Bigelow at the "Skinwalker Ranch"? Without giving too much away for potential frauds, what would you look for to see if they might be legit?

An interesting detail Chip mentioned was that watchdogs would roll over on their backs in fear when something ominous was happening. Ever heard of something like that?

Erling Strand of the Hessdalen Project in Norway says he had a daylight sighting of something that looked like a huge black hole in the sky and that he felt like he was "looking into another universe". (podcast, at about 0:42) Only time I've heard of something like that was in "Hunt for the Skinwalker", but maybe there have been other sightings like that?

Mr Knapp, first of all, thanks for bringing a bit more bite to the hosts on C2C in terms of quizzing guests on the show.

I'm guessing you get leads / tips frequently for strange happenings in your area. Do you know of any other hosts/reporters for other TV networks that have the same goal/ interest? (I'm not expecting names), but I do wonder if there is a small number of your profession who may tip each other off if they hear of incidents in their region/network coverage? Or is it a truly lonesome task and others would only cover it if they're ordered to do it?

As a reporter, you're primarily interested in reporting 'the facts' I would surmise, but do you have end goal or aim for your work in the areas you've highlighted? or is it purely about being a passive observer and going wherever the story/facts lead you - a serendipitous journey, or perhaps even a means to an end (it pays the bills) as not many others do it so you can carve a niche for yourself?

Is there a historical case that you'd love to have reported on? and why?
Is there a tip-off/lead that you've ignored that turned out to be bigger than you thought? To that end, do you have any big regrets in this area that you'd like to 'fess up to on radio? :)

Where does George Knapp (the person) think this is all going? What do _you_ actually feel is happening here with regards to these strange events and alleged government cover-ups?

Mr. Knapp, thank you for your time. My first question is has there ever been any extensive research done, or interviews of,
Skinwalker ranch owners prior to the Shermans? Someone else put those locks up.

Also, has the ranch currently stayed uneventful, since whatever it is going on there no longer has anyone to "play" with?

Does Mr. Knapp have any opinion on Dr. Eric Walker, and the various correspondences with him?

Finally, what are his views on the research & conclusions of the late Karla Turner?

I look forward to hearing the interview.

I can't believe I missed the recording time to get questions to George. I really, really respect George and always listen intently to him on any show.

This is gonna be a good one and let's hope Chris has plenty to ask George about Skinwalker - I think virtually every single listener would agree it is the case!

I know I'm really late to the party this time around, but I really enjoyed this episode and hope that you guys will get George back on every opportunity you get. I like the guy. He has always come across as genuine to me, which is a quality I appreciate when it comes to the paranormal and high strangeness. Awesome interview and I hope to have some questions to contribute next time around! :)
