My guess is, the fence is not within the ground and the car went through, it lifted up and by the time the camera came back to it, had sprung back.

I always wondered what the license plate check found out though.
 
There was an incident some time back at Collins Instruments in Angleton, TX. The cops came knocking on my door wondering if I had seen anything. Apparently some guy jumped his car a good 20 ft over a large drainage ditch, ran through the plateglass window of the front office , then all the way through the shop, which had all kinds of heavy machinery on the floor, and out the back. There were tire tracks, but the cops claimed they had not found so much as a flake of paint off the vehicle that did it! I'm pretty sure it was never solved.
